1. Services

ChelseyHuffDesign.com provides artwork design services for wedding and event planners. By hiring us, you agree to provide all necessary information for the completion of the project.

2. Payment

Payment for our services is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept all major credit cards. Failure to make payment may result in the delay or cancellation of the project.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Chelsey Huff are the intellectual property of ChelseyHuffDesign.com. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the artwork for the purpose it was intended. Any other use must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Revisions

We offer two rounds of revisions included in the initial quote. Any additional revisions will be charged separately.

5. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the client, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid. If work has commenced, further charges may be due.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check our Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Service after we post any modifications to the Terms on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
