How It Works
ORDER YOUR CUSTOM INVITATION IN 4 EASY STEPS
- Select your favorite Invitation design from our online shop. Add your details and complete your purchase.
- You will be sent a questionnaire for your wedding details.
- One of our skilled designers will personalize your Invitation with the details you submitted. We’ll send you a proof to review via email.
- You may request edits if needed, otherwise, if all looks great you’ll approve your design and we’ll print and ship your Invitations straight to your doorstep.

- Select a 3-piece suite if you plan to have guests RSVP online.

- Matching euro-flap envelope (A-7)
- If Fully Addressed Printing is selected digitally printed return address will be printed on the back flap of your envelope and guest addresses on the front
- Printed Insert Cards – 120# White Cardstock
- Matching euro-flap envelope (A-1)
- If Fully Addressed Printing is selected digitally printed guest addresses will be printed on the back flap of your envelope and return address on the front
Fully Addressed Printing Options:
This option covers the cost of printing your return address on the back flap of the main invitation envelope and the guest addresses on the front. Additionally, it includes printing the return address on the front of the response envelope and the guest addresses on the back flap.
Assembly is not included.
Ordering
What happens next?
Once we receive your order, a professional designer will create a design proof based on your requested customization details.
We will email a digital proof within 3 business days of ordering (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll work 1-1 with your designer via email to refine your design before printing.
Every Purchase Includes:
- A personalized digital proof
- 1-1 partnership with a designer
- Two revision rounds for edits
Shipping & Returns
All of our items are made to order. The total time it takes to receive your purchase is a combination of proofing time, printing time and shipping time.
Printing Time
Once proofs are approved:
Please allow 10 business days (Monday – Friday only, holidays excluded) for digital printing before your order ships.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for Letterpress Printing before your order ships.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for foil Stamping before your order ships.
Shipping
Free ground shipping (1-5 business days) is included with your purchase. If you need your order faster you may upgrade your shipping speed at checkout.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. Kindly refer to the estimated delivery range above to see when you can anticipate your order arrival.
