How It Works
ORDER YOUR PERSONALIZED WEDDING SEATING CHART IN 4 EASY STEPS
- Select your favorite seating chart design from our online shop. Download and complete your guest list template (see below).
- Upload your completed template, select your sign size and colors, and complete your purchase.
- One of our skilled designers will personalize your design with the details you submitted. We’ll send you a preview to review via email.
- You may request edits if needed, otherwise, if all looks great, you’ll approve your design and we’ll print and ship your sign straight to your doorstep.
DOWNLOAD GUEST LIST TEMPLATE
You can choose to list your guests alphabetically or by table number on your seating chart sign. Please choose your preferred guest list template below.
Your guest list must be submitted using one of the above templates. Guest lists submitted in any other format will be returned to you for correction before your design is created. Spreadsheets that require correction will change the estimated printing and delivery date shown during personalization.
The Details
ABOUT OUR ACRYLIC SIGNS
Acrylic is a rigid plastic-like material available in multiple colors. More durable than glass, it is a beautiful, modern option for wedding signage. It is fantastic for both indoor and outdoor usage.
We use a professional UV ink printer to print your design directly onto 1/8″ thick acrylic. This top-of-the-line printing method gives a more sophisticated finish than vinyl lettering (which can bubble & tear) and paint markers (which can rub off).
HOW TO DISPLAY YOUR SIGN
Easels, sign stands, sign bases and sign frames are all excellent methods for displaying your wedding signage. Sign stands are not included with your purchase and we do not sell them in our shop, but Etsy has many options to find the perfect stands for your signage displays.
SIGNAGE SHAPES
Up the wow-factor of your acrylic wedding signs by adding a custom shape. We’ll laser cut your sign board to create a modern, unique statement piece for your big day.
CARE
Our acrylic wedding signs are sturdy, but may scratch or shatter with improper care. To prevent damage, we recommend that you do not remove the plastic packaging film until you are ready to display your signage.
To clean your sign, use a damp, non-abrasive cloth.

We Will Leave Blank Space At The Bottom
We will leave 5″ – 8″ of blank space at the bottom of the sign to accommodate the sign stand. Sign stands are not included with your purchase. Please check the “Details” tab above for recommendations.

What happens next?
Once we receive your order, a professional designer will create a design proof based on your requested customization details.
We will email a digital proof within 3 business days of ordering (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll work 1-1 with your designer via email to refine your design before printing.

Shipping & Returns
All of our items are made to order. The total time it takes to receive your purchase is a combination of proofing time, printing time and shipping time.
