Happy Anniversary to These Mountain-Loving Lovers
In celebration of Mandy and Gabe’s one year anniversary we are reliving their beautiful day. Designing wedding stationery is always so fun for me. I get to meet amazing couples and make a part of their dream wedding come true. This time it was extra special though because I was designing for my sweet friend.
Traveling to the Mountains for a Wedding? I'm in!
One of the most important parts of planning a wedding is location. Even though Mandy is a Midwest girlie like me she LOVES to travel and the mountains. She chose Park Vista, Gatlinburg for her venue. It is a gorgeous hotel with an outlook overlooking the mountains. This made the perfect location not only for photos but doubled as a vacation spot for her out of town guests, like me!
Designing The Earthy-Mountainous Invitations
Since she had her location picked out it was time to plan the stationery. She chose blue and earthly green because she not only loves the colors but it matched her location and flowers perfectly. We went with the pocket invitation design to match the elegance of the day. I also had the joy of drawing Mandy and Gabe and their two dogs for a display and beautiful keepsake. I love using my artistic ability to draw custom visuals for wedding invitations. It’s a unique addition that so many guests adore!
Every aspect of this wedding was perfect. From the gorgeous flowers by Cupid’s Petals, the spectacular wedding cake by Rolo, to the impressive lighting and dance floor set up by Era Events. The day was absolutely stunning and I am so excited we get to share them with you. I hope you love these photos and this wedding as much as I do.
