Love is filling the air and hearts are flowing. Wedding day vibes are too flowy to be cut off with an unintentional exclusion. Don’t fret over the details – that’s what your designer is for!

A great way to make sure your wedding day décor is perfect is by selecting the perfect vendors for your big day.

It’s important to be sure they are representative of everything important to you. It’s about making sure you and all your guests feel welcome at your wedding.  You want your big day to be a celebration and hiring inclusive vendors can be a big part of that.

Here’s a list of four of my most influential inclusive wedding vendors available in STL:

  2. Harry Boston
  3. Coterie Creative
  4. Mia Grace Bridal

Celebrate local impactful businesses with us!

Locate vendors that make inclusivity an essential part of themselves.  You can usually tell based on their website and some initial conversations whether a vendor takes this seriously and someone you want on your big day.  If they make it a priority in their messaging and take pride in it as well as how they have accomplished this with previous weddings.

Another cool detail is to see how businesses impact their communities or customers in special ways. These extra steps can really lead to a special wedding day.

Vendors that understand your values

If you take the time to identify and research these inclusive and impactful businesses it can lead to an elevated wedding day experience.  Vendors that take your unique needs into mind can specialize their services to make your wedding that much better.  Examples could be ones that understand your cultural background or ones that celebrate LGBTQ+ symbolism and can iterate that in your desired way.

Welcome Everyone To Your Wedding

By hiring an inclusive vendor you make sure that everyone at your wedding is being supported and celebrated.  Your guests will take notice of this and appreciate the extra effort to be supported and considered.  This can merely be an inclusive vendor that is aware of everyone’s preferences or by getting transportation for your wedding that can accommodate guest’s who use wheelchairs.  If you want a deeper dive into different ways to accommodate guests check out this blog: 3 Ways to Accommodate ALL Your Wedding Guests

I’m vowing to stay inclusive with my vendors. Will you?

Taking your vendor selections seriously may seem unnecessary or like a waste of time, but these vendors can really bring your big day to the next level.  This is an opportunity to find vendors that not only supply a service but also supply an experience and knowledge that can elevate your wedding and make it extra special.

Chelsey Huff Design can take your considerations in and work with you to create stationery that is both representative of you and accommodating to your guests.  CHD will work to make sure that your stationary is as much a celebration of what makes you unique as your wedding.
